SBMicro Program (soon)
Please click here for the PDF version of the Call for Paper.
SBMicro is an international forum dedicated to semiconductor devices and processes, mainly targeting microelectronics devices and process integration, held annually in Brazil. In its 40th edition, the symposium will take place in São Paulo, Brazil, from August 24 to 28, 2026.
The goal of the symposium, which has a technical sponsorship from IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS), is to bring together researchers and industrial/commercial partners in the fields of materials, processing, equipment, MEMS, micro-transducers, photovoltaic cell & module technology, and modeling &TCAD of integrated devices and circuits.
SBMicro strongly encourages international submissions. Prospective authors from around the world are invited to submit manuscripts for consideration by the Program Committee. The peer-reviewed and accepted scientific papers will be published by IEEE and the best papers will be invited to resubmit an extended version to be considered for publication at JICS – Journal of Integrated Circuits and Systems.
Paper Submission
SBMicro 2026 will receive camera-ready submissions in English for
consideration by the Program Committee with a maximum of 4 pages,
two-column following the IEEE conference format.
A template to prepare your paper is available Here (soon).
The proceedings will be submitted for publication by IEEE and will remain available at IEEEXplore Ⓡ.

For authors with accepted articles:
1) After reviewing the paper by following the reviewer(s) suggestions,
authors should upload the corrected camera-ready paper once again
via our online submission system.
2) After camera-ready submission deadline, authors will receive an e-
mail with instructions to fill out and upload IEEE’s copyright form, as
well as meet the latest IEEE XploreⓇ requirements for PDF files.
